Tournament and event photos
Photos taken at BT Social events may be uploaded by organisers or other players. These are not sold or used for advertising and can be removed on request.
User-uploaded content — important
BT Social does not pre-screen or moderate photos before they appear. Content is uploaded by users (players, organisers, club admins). We do not control what others upload, and we cannot guarantee that every photo on the platform follows these rules.
If you appear in a photo and would prefer it removed — for any reason, no questions asked — let us know and we will take it down as soon as practicable (typically within 48 hours, often much sooner).
Uploading photos
You must be a registered logged-in user to upload photos. Only upload photos you took yourself or have permission to share. Do not upload photos featuring other people in situations they would not want shared.
Children and minors
Children under 18 should only appear in photos with the explicit consent of a parent or guardian. We strongly discourage:
- Photos that identify a minor by full name, school, or specific location
- Photos of minors in changing rooms, on beaches in swimwear, or in any private setting
- Close-up portraits of unaccompanied minors
Parents or guardians can contact us at any time to request removal of photos featuring their child. We will action these requests with the highest priority — typically the same day.
Requesting removal
Email admin@btsocial.com.au with the photo URL or a short description (e.g. event name + which photo) and we will remove it within 48 hours. For photos of children, we aim to action same-day.
Photos we won't accept
We reserve the right to immediately remove any photo that is offensive, harassing, sexually suggestive, contains nudity, or otherwise breaks these rules — regardless of who uploaded it. Repeat offenders may have their account suspended.
