What we collect
Name, email, optional phone and club affiliation when you register. Profile photo if you upload one. Match results and rankings when you play in tournaments. Basic usage data to improve the platform. No advertising cookies.
How we use your information
To show your player profile and rankings. To send tournament notifications (you can opt out). To send account emails such as password resets. We will never sell your data or share it with advertisers.
Who can see your information
Your name, club and results are visible to other users. Your email and phone are never shown publicly.
Your rights
You can update your profile, request account deletion, request photo removal, or opt out of emails at any time. Contact admin@btsocial.com.au
Data storage
Your data is stored securely using Supabase with industry-standard encryption.
